This was taken on Easter Sunday outside at the pool. The girls put on their new dresses, while the boys wore their Hawaiian shirts. They all looked so wonderful! We had gone to the sunrise service that morning. Boy was it great! To see the sun rise on the same morning that our Lord arose from the grave just like it is written about in the Bible. How amazing is our God?!

My daughters and I like to bake. We make cakes and cookies a lot. We make them for birthdays, other special occasions, and for nothing in particular. We use a recipe from a box. Sometimes we make them from scratch. Which means that we do not follow a recipe but what we remember. My mother and grandmother told me how to make certain types of cakes and cookies. Of course we must taste it too! I try not to go back for seconds. We like to make brownies with lots of chocolate chips! We eat it with ice cream or have a glass of milk. We use a lot of unhealthy items in our food. So we must walk a lot and do plenty of exercise. We walk every time we go to church, to the store, to the beach or park. We do this every day.
My favorite food would have to be mexican. While I was growing up, we would have mexican food for all occasions. My grandmother taught me recipes that I use today for my own family. I like to make my own recipes too. We probably eat mexican food at least once a week. Tacos and enchiladas are our favorites!
I have two daughters. The oldest is named Hannah and she is 12 years old. She was born on November 10, 1998 in Ft. Smith, AR. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. My youngest daughter is Christina. She is 10 years old. She was born on July 1, 2000 in Austin, TX. She has blonde hair and hazel/green eyes. I am so proud of them!
I have four children. When they wake up they are hungry. I usually fix cereal for breakfast because it is fast and easy. After breakfast, we sit down and have school. The children work independently. I give them an assignment, they do the work and ask questions, then when they are finished I grade the work. After school, we like to go outside and play for a few hours. We either go to the pool, to a playground, or to the beach. When we are finished with our outdoor activities we come inside and get ready for dinner. The children usually will get cleaned up first. I then proceed to cook them some more food. They always want to eat! After dinner is over, we watch a short movie or play on the Wii before bedtime. Before they fall asleep I like to say prayers with them.
